Stefanie is studying pharmacy and she is currently working on her diploma thesis under the supervision of Stefanie Kickinger and Daniela Digles. She is developing and adapting Knime-Workflows to assemble Data regarding the bioactivity of tested compounds for targets belonging to the SLC-6 transporter family. In that way obtained data can then be used for Proteochemometric Modeling.
