New #pharminfo PhD short term research stay

04.09.2020

Welcome Melanie! It is a pleasure to invite our guest from Germany and to give you in-depth knowledge about computational chemistry within the next weeks.

Melanie Radloff is currently doing her PhD at the Max Planck Institute of Biophysics, Frankfurt am Main and got her first glimpse of our projects at last year’s Summer School on Drug Design. The past three years she was mainly at the lab side and getting more insight into function and structure of bacterial respiratory proteins. With a background in Pharmacy and Biotechnology she is eager to learn the design of new drugs directly where the story begins – the target molecule.
